Don’t normally make a second review but after today I’m never playing on this site again. Today my mum for a free £20 after she hasn’t been on the site for a while. I was on chat playing bingo and was talking about these free £20. The cm stated there at random and not because she hasn’t played in a while but then her next question was are u a regular player. Haha. I said yes I am an I think it’s unfair that people like me that play alll the time never get these free £20s while others no. The cm then wrote that “I” was saying it was fixed, fraud and all sorts so I asked her to correct herself as I never said such a thing. She then said she people people say that not “me”. I said I’m glad it was cleared up as I don’t want people in chat to think I had said something like that. The cm then got the hump again and said she had already said it was a mistake what els do u want from me. Wow I was shocked. I stated I never asked for anything els from you I just stated that I’m glad we cleared that up GETS WORSEI won £8 on a line while all this was going on.!I no yeh (big wins) LOL.Someone on chat then moaned and then said oh moaning didn’t make me win like it did for some. Another cm joined and both cams started chatting. The first cm then started bullying me and said to the other cm “oh I was just explaining that because someone that was moaning won that not all people that moan will will” I jumped in to defend myself and said that I never moaned and instantly she tried to say she wasn’t talking about me it was somone from earlier. I said no I don’t think so because it was me that won. She then tried to say if ur unhappy then here’s the helpline. I let her no that alllllll of that was screen shot because I did actually screen shot it. I now have proof that even the cm’s are bullies and I will be spreading the word about. My mum didn’t win on her free £20 and said that she even thinks it’s unfair on people and thinks they only give it out to get u playing again. Didn’t work she remembers why she stopped playing is all it gave her. She’s seen the chat and don’t want to play on their again. My best friend and other friend who I told to join have seen the chat screenshots and won’t be playing again. Most people I have spoken to said the cms on the site think they are above everyone and allow all sorts of bullying. On this site I’m down by £1000 and can’t seem to win anything on bingo or slots anymore or get any good promotions. I will definitely cut my losses and not play on this site anymore.

I registered an account with them and played till I lost around £405 and I deposited again £97 and then I win around £1.300, all god till now. I withdrawal the amount and I was waiting for somebody to approve the withdrawal. Next day they closed my account and said that they need to call me in maximum 5 days. 5 days passed and they didn't called me so I reached to customer service through live chat. They said that they will email the person responsible and they called me the next day. They asked me a lot of questions and at the end they said that they will pay just what I lost ( £502 ) and not the winnings, which was £823 (something like this) just because I used my boyfriend's debit card and I told them that they can speak with him about that. They shouldn't let me put that card details in the first place, not after the winnings. What if I didn't win nothing? they wouldn't pay the money I lost.After they refunded me just what I lost and not the winnings that I had, I lost £2.000 on this website scam. I took the decision to use gamstop. Some games doesn't even load properly or sometimes when you press play the game is blocking and it's taking your money without seeing if you win something or not.

They seem to be trying to improve their sports bonuses the fives promotion looked interesting at first but every time the wheel spins on goal amount has been lowest amount on wheel. Have improved their sports promotions re free bets in last year so will keep using them

Fantastic service. Please don't rate these guys based on your luck. I got lucky and won some money and withdrew, unfortunately a third party they use for fast withdrawals had an issue. The funds said success but hadn't showed in my account. Obviously I was concerned. I contacted live chat and kirsty was extremely helpful in putti g me at ease and explaining the situation. She gave me a rough time frame explain ing the process and within 30 mins the funds had cleared into my account. I cannot stress enough how good the service I recieved was!!

I joined, deposited fine , won some , decided to withdraw my winnings. They have refused the withdrawal and closed my account all within a hour of opening. Horrible company stay away, I deposited £50 which seems so easy to be able to do but then when I try to withdraw I can’t... the app freezes every time but I can deposit with ease there is no freezing of the app but when I try to contact customer support I can’t it freezes, but let me make it clear again... I can deposit with no problem... seriously!! absolute joke of an app and company robbing thieves ALL YOU DO IS TAKE I couldn’t even withdraw my money back that is a scam plain and simple!!
